OUTLAW ROGUE 7. 1. 5 DPS COMPARISON - Outlaw Rogue PvE WoW Legion PTR

Here is a long video showing DPS numbers of Outlaw after the most recent PTR update that took away some points from Secondary Stats and gave more into Primary Stats. Recently Blizzard stated that they do not want to change the Roll The Bones mechanic, which is a hammer in the coffin for me saying that they aren#039; t going to change Outlaw on the class - design level. Beacuse of this I doubt there will be any other changes done to Outlaw, so this video#039; s numbers will most likely reflect the DPS of Outla
