Fix Watch Dogs crash on start up

If this worked for you, remember to leave a like :) When starting up Watch Dogs on steam, for some of us it will open uPlay, a splash page will appear, but a few seconds later the game crashes back to the uPlay app and asks you to buy other stuff. Needless to say turning off the uPlay overlay fixes everything! This is how to fix Watch Dogs.
