Perform 5 air assassinations by swinging on the rope on the ship. Capture an enemy ship and wait until your ship is close enough. Then hold R2 (if using PS4) whilst moving towards the rope. You will automatically swing on it. Whilst swinging in the air, if you are close enough to an enemy, you will get a prompt to assassinate. Press square to pull off the assassination.
